QA/QC Deputy Manager

Əsas vəzifələr Project: Caspian Seawater Desalination Project Location: Project Site, Sumgait Position Type: Full-Time Urgency: High Salary: Competitive (based on skills and experience) The QA/QC Deputy Manager will support the QAQC Manager in implementing and maintaining the project quality management system, ensuring all works comply with contract requirements, approved procedures, and applicable codes and standards. Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring the Project Quality Plan and QAQC procedures Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality documentation Supervise inspections, testing, and commissioning activities across civil, mechanical, electrical, and piping disciplines Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), corrective and preventive actions, and close-out Conduct internal audits and site quality surveillance Coordinate with the Client, Consultant, and subcontractors on quality matters Verify material approvals, supplier documentation, and final project dossiers Lead and mentor QAQC engineers and inspectors on site Prepare periodic quality reports and support management reviews Tələblər Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field Proven experience on water desalination projects (mandatory) Strong knowledge of international codes, standards, and QMS requirements (ISO 9001) Experience with large-scale EPC projects Excellent communication and reporting skills in English
