Director (Department of Economics and Management)

Əsas vəzifələr Provide academic and administrative leadership for the Department of Economics and Management; Lead the development and continuous improvement of academic programs and curricula in line with international standards and emerging trends; Promote research activity and support publications in reputable international academic journals; Develop academic and professional relationships with universities, industry, government institutions, and other relevant stakeholders; Contribute to international academic partnerships and collaborative initiatives; Support the strategic development and implementation of departmental goals in alignment with the University's overall strategy; Represent the department in relevant academic and professional activities; Prepare and provide relevant reports, proposals, and undertake other responsibilities related to the University's development as assigned by University leadership. Support faculty development, collaboration, and a positive collegial working environment; Tələblər Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; 5+ years of relevant academic or professional experience; Excellent command of English; Demonstrated research and publication experience in reputable academic journals; Experience in curriculum development aligned with international academic standards; Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; Ability to work effectively within deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities; Strong commitment to collegiality, teamwork, and a positive academic environment.
