Head of Quality

Əsas vəzifələr Set up and improve Corporate Quality Management System (CQMS) including policies, processes and procedures Plan and supervise Quality System Audits and evaluate any necessary corrective actions. Maintain quality accreditation. Provide overall leadership for project QA/QC activities throughout engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover Ensure that Inspection and Test requirements are established and ensure implementation of approved Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) Review and monitor contractors' and subcontractors' Quality Plans, ITPs, procedures, and quality documentation Monitor quality surveillance and inspection activities and ensure appropriate coverage of critical activities Ensure that testing (incl. calibration of equipment) is witnessed and monitor through periodic and planned spot checks Establish quality performance indicators and provide regular quality reports to Project Management team Analyze quality trends, recurring defects, non-conformance reports (NCRs), inspection results, and audit findings and propose improvements Ensure that register of NCRs per project is maintained and follow-up until closure of the NCR. Promote quality culture across the project organization and develop quality awareness and training programs for project personnel and contractors Tələblər Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science disciplines. 15 years of QA/QC experience in Oil and Gas industry, including at least 3-5 years of experience of leading/managing a Quality function Good working knowledge of Upstream Industry and certification process Experience working with EPC contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and client organizations Membership of a recognized professional body
