Raw & Packaging Materials Planning and Delivery Specialist

Əsas vəzifələr Plan raw and packaging material requirements based on production schedules, bills of materials, consumption forecasts, inventory levels and outstanding orders; Issue purchase orders, coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers and monitor shipments through to warehouse receipt; Maintain appropriate safety stock and stock coverage by monitoring reorder points, lead times and potential supply shortages; Revise material and delivery plans as production priorities change, including during new product launches and packaging transitions; Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality and Logistics teams to resolve supply issues and maintain material availability; Analyze inventory levels, material consumption and supplier performance, and prepare regular reports to support planning decisions. Tələblər Higher education (preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Economics or a related field); More than 2 years of experience in materials planning, supply planning, procurement or a related supply chain role, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing; Strong analytical, communication and prioritisation skills, with a proactive approach to solving problems; Strong Excel skills; ERP/MRP experience and knowledge of Power Query or Power BI are advantages Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment; A sound understanding of MRP, inventory management and production planning; fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian languages, English - Upper İntermediate.
