Lab Administrator, School of Agriculture and Food Sciences (Maternity Replacement)

Əsas vəzifələr Identify and coordinate the School's laboratory needs in collaboration with faculty members, the Dean, and the Procurement team; Support the procurement of laboratory equipment, materials, and consumables, including procurement planning and the review of technical specifications; Ensure the effective operation of laboratories by maintaining equipment, materials, records, and related documentation; Implement laboratory safety standards and ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations; Support teaching and research activities by providing technical assistance, conducting training, and assisting with laboratory experiments and demonstrations; Fulfill other duties assigned by the Dean. Tələblər Master's degree in Agriculture, Food Science, Animal Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field; relevant professional experience will be considered an advantage; High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Fluency in English and Azerbaijani; Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and management at all levels; Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality; Detail-oriented, highly motivated, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines; Strong organizational skills, with flexibility, agility, diligence, and precision.
