Junior Procurement Specialist (Contractor)

Əsas vəzifələr Find and communicate with suppliers. Request and compare supplier quotations. Support RFI, RFQ, RFP and bidding processes. Prepare price and supplier comparison reports. Support supplier selection and evaluation. Follow up on supplier prices, delivery dates and quality. Maintain supplier information and documentation. Support supplier onboarding and qualification. Monitor supplier performance and prepare regular reports. Assist with supplier audits, reviews and improvement activities. Support negotiations with suppliers on price, delivery and commercial terms. Assist with contract preparation and implementation. Follow up on supplier issues and corrective actions. Support cost reduction and lead-time improvement projects. Identify and report potential supply risks. Maintain accurate information in procurement and supply chain systems. Ensure all activities follow company policies and procedures. Tələblər Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Economics or a related field. Min 2 years of relevant experience. Good communication skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Good attention to detail. Ability to communicate with suppliers and internal teams. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
