Əsas vəzifələr Draft, review, negotiate, and revise contracts, agreements, and all related legal documents to ensure accuracy, enforceability, and protection of the Company’s interests. Ensure all contracts comply with the requirements of the applicable legislation, including civil, labor, procurement, and other related legal requirements. Monitor contract execution from a legal perspective and advise on amendments, renewals, termination, and dispute prevention measures. Track changes in legislation affecting contractual obligations and initiate necessary updates. Develop, maintain, and update the Company’s legal and contractual documentation database, including standard agreements, templates, and clauses. Review legal correspondence and claims related to contractual matters; prepare draft responses and recommendations within established deadlines. Ensure legal protection and compliance of the Company’s operations with the statutory requirements. Draft applications, letters, complaints within established timelines; conduct legal reviews or investigations as required and prepare draft responses. Prepare or participate in the preparation of legal opinions and legal analyses arising from internal department requests or management assignments. Provide day-to-day legal advice and support to structural divisions to ensure compliance with applicable laws and mitigate legal risks. Tələblər Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM). Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience in a corporate or government legal role. In-depth knowledge of civil, labor, administrative, and procurement law of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Strong drafting and analytical skills with attention to legal detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is an advantage). Ability to handle multiple legal matters simultaneously and meet deadlines. Language Skills: Fluent in English, Azerbaijani and/or Russian is a plus.
