Leading HR Operations Specialist

Əsas vəzifələr We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Leading HR Operations Specialist to oversee HR operations and ensure effective administration of employee-related processes. Tələblər Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources; experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred Strong knowledge of the Labour Code and employment legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan Experience with electronic government information systems and portals related to HR administration and employment relations Good command of Microsoft Office Strong analytical, planning, coordination, teamwork, and communication skills
