Innovation Specialist

Əsas vəzifələr Take a key role in managing ABB Innovation's startup portfolio Build and maintain strong relationships with startups and track their progress and needs Plan and execute incubation, acceleration, hackathon and startup challenge programs Research, assess and engage promising startups Identify potential use cases and collaboration opportunities between startups and ABB Coordinate startup–business collaborations and POCs Work with mentors, experts, partners and other stakeholders Track startup portfolio KPIs, progress and outcomes Prepare reports and presentations for management Monitor startup ecosystem trends, emerging technologies and potential partners Continuously improve existing processes and initiate new ideas and initiatives Tələblər Has 2–4 years of professional experience Has experience in startups, innovation, business development, product, consulting, accelerators/incubators or a related field Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership Takes initiative instead of waiting for instructions Has strong execution and project management skills Is comfortable communicating and working with different stakeholders Understands key startup and business concepts such as business models, products, customers and startup development Thinks in a structured way and can turn complex problems into clear action plans Is analytical and comfortable working with data and KPIs Has strong communication skills in English and Azerbaijani Is curious, proactive and learns new topics quickly
