Key Responsibilities: Warmly welcome and greet guests in accordance with luxury hospitality standards. Manage restaurant reservations and seating arrangements. Escort guests to their tables and ensure a smooth dining experience. Coordinate with the service team to maintain efficient restaurant operations. Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or guest service, preferably in a 4–5-star hotel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong guest service orientation. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
