Contract Engineer

Key Responsibilities Prepare and draft subcontracts and main contracts, as well as related amendments Lead negotiations with counterparties and reach agreement on commercial and legal terms Administer contracts throughout their lifecycle, including variations, claims, payments, extensions, and close-out Monitor compliance with contractual obligations, deadlines, and key milestones Manage day-to-day contractual correspondence with subcontractors and clients Maintain accurate contract records and documentation Identify contractual risks and propose practical solutions Coordinate with internal teams on contract-related matters Qualifications and Experience Higher education in Law or Economics. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts. Strong knowledge of the contract management process. Experience in a construction, oil & gas, or industrial environment is an advantage. Excellent written and spoken English. Good command of MS Office applications.
