Restaurant Reservation Operator

Key Responsibilities Handle incoming telephone calls, emails, and reservation inquiries professionally and efficiently. Manage restaurant bookings, cancellations, amendments, and special guest requests. Provide accurate information about restaurant concepts, menus, operating hours, promotions, and special events. Maintain accurate reservation records and ensure all bookings are updated in the reservation system. Deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships with guests. Coordinate with F&B, Front Office, and Guest Relations teams to ensure smooth operations. Promote restaurant outlets, special offers, events, and dining experiences to maximize revenue. Handle guest complaints and special requests with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach. Follow reservation procedures, service standards, and established communication protocols. Support daily reservation operations and prepare booking updates or reports when required. Job Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in both English and Russian is mandatory. Previous experience in Reservations, Front Office, Call Center, Guest Relations, or F&B Reservations. Strong customer service, telephone etiquette, and guest engagement skills. Ability to manage a high volume of calls professionally and efficiently. Good knowledge of restaurant operations, outlet concepts, and service hours. Experience using reservation systems and maintaining accurate booking records. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments. Excellent problem-solving skills and a professional attitude. Ability to upsell restaurant promotions, special events, and dining experiences. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
