Chess Teacher

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chess teacher for our PreSchool to join our team for the next academic year. Job responsibilities Conduct group chess lessons; Develop yearly chess curriculum and prepare lesson plans; Engage, encourage, and motivate students; Differentiate teaching for varying learners’ needs; Communicate effectively with students and other staff members; Analyse students' games and provide constructive feedback; Monitor students' progress and adjust training plans accordingly; Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities. Background: Bachelor`s degree is a must; Extensive knowledge of chess strategies, tactics, and theory; Previous teaching experience required; English language knowledge - B1. Skills and abilities: Excellent subject and curriculum knowledge; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Time-management skills; Positive attitude; Critical thinking; Creativity; Effective classroom management; Teamwork skills.
