Job Responsibilities: Responding to incoming inquiries; Providing customers with detailed and accurate information about visa types, procedures, and services; Recommending visa services according to customers’ needs and handling sales; Managing written and verbal communication with customers in a professional manner. Requirements: Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani (Russian and English are an advantage); Experience in sales or customer service (visa industry experience is an advantage); Stable internet connection and a suitable working environment for remote work; A personal laptop/notebook suitable for work.
