Head of Commercial Vehicles & Equipment

Position Objective To lead and develop the commercial and specialized equipment business (construction machinery, commercial vehicles, and heavy equipment), drive sales growth, increase market share, and build a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the strategic growth plan for the commercial equipment business Manage B2B sales and achieve financial targets (revenue, profitability, market share) Build and expand a strong client portfolio across construction, logistics, oil & gas, and infrastructure sectors Lead, develop, and motivate the sales team (recruitment, training, performance management, KPI control) Oversee the full sales cycle: from negotiations to delivery and aftersales service Conduct market and competitor analysis; define and execute commercial policies Collaborate closely with service, warehouse, and marketing departments Participate in tenders and large-scale corporate projects Candidate Requirements Higher education (Business, Economics, or Engineering is an advantage) Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of commercial vehicles, heavy equipment, or specialized machinery Proven experience in managing teams and business units Strong understanding of B2B markets (construction, industrial, transport sectors) Solid experience in strategic planning and P&L management Strong negotiation skills at top-management level Fluency in Russian, English, and Azerbaijani Strong leadership skills, results-driven mindset, and entrepreneurial approach We Offer Competitive salary package (fixed + performance-based bonus) Opportunity to build and lead a strategically important business direction Work with leading global equipment brands Participation in major infrastructure projects across the country Professional development and training opportunities Dynamic corporate environment and strong team culture Working Conditions Location: Baku Employment Type: Full-time Business travel: Required Please send your CV with the subject line “Head of Commercial Equipment” to the e-mail address in the Apply for job button.
