Finance Specialist

Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Specialist to join our finance team. The successful candidate will support financial reporting, ensure compliance with IFRS standards, and assist in the daily accounting operations of the company and its subsidiary entities. Key Responsibilities Work under the supervision of the Chief Accountant Specialist Collect financial and operational reports from subsidiary companies in a timely manner Apply and maintain standardized and user-friendly reporting formats Follow up on data requests to ensure deadlines are met; inform management of any delays or issues Support planning and budgeting of payment obligations for subsidiary companies Ensure proper documentation and filing of all reports in line with company procedures Review and control reports in accordance with IFRS standards Maintain accurate financial records Assist in the preparation of financial reports Record daily transactions in accounting software Monitor and adjust payment statuses Assist in audit processes Ensure proper filing, backups, and documentation of all financial records Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Experience with 1C or other ERP systems Good command of English (written and spoken) is required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Personal Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Effective time management and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and commitment to self-development Strong coordination and teamwork skills Problem-solving mindset with the ability to escalate issues in a timely manner High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality Confidence in communicating with subsidiary companies to obtain required data Positive attitude and ability to work well with people What We Offer Professional and dynamic working environment Opportunities for growth and development Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV to the e-mail address in the Apply for job button.
