Senior Chapter Lead - Development

We're looking for a senior engineering leader to own the craft, people, and delivery quality of our Development discipline - Backend, Web, and Mobile - across multiple product teams. This is a leader-of-leaders role (~90% leadership / ~10% hands-on): you lead Chapter Leads, own our internal developer platform (built on Backstage), and act as the final technical authority for the discipline. + ' ' + 7-9+ years in software development, including 4-5+ years leading engineers. Proven product-team experience with direct delivery accountability - a must. Deep mastery of at least one core stack (Java preferred) with credible breadth across others. Help lead our engineering guilds - cross-team communities where practices are aligned.
